We offer a variety of traditional mortgage programs such as first-time home buyer, VA, FHA, Conventional or USDA programs that are very competative.

Along with traditional loans, our reverse mortgage loan programs are set up to meet the homeowner 62 years or older and are very competative as well.  A reverse mortgage is a loan that helps in leveraging the homeowners monies more and expanding thier retirement.  It’s a way for the seasoned homeowner to access the equity they’ve built up in their home and turn that into tax-free income and having no monthly payments at the same time.*

We also have a new program call the HECM for Purchase allowing a homeowner 62 or older to purchase a pre-existing home or new principle residence and at the same time typically having no monthly mortgage payments as long as the loan terms are met.

The Valdez Group subscribes to sound business practices that exhibit honorable values to families, seniors and caregivers with clear and confident expectations.  They maintain professional integrity and competence at all times, never knowingly causing harm, fraud, or abuse. All of The Valdez Group services performed will be held to the highest standards.  They will fulfill all contractual agreements for both traditional and reverse mortgage loans with the families, seniors or their caregivers in a timely and professional manner.  They will treat both families and seniors with patience, dignity, and respect.
